Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shippment indicative cost for a parcel up to 1kg is 3.73€ via the Hellenic Post.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within Kalambaka. However, the order should be made via email, providing your telephone number.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

At the moment we do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a parcel number you can use to check at your local Hellenic Post Office for the status of delivery. Your order will be at your local post office 3-5 days after shippment.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@malvacosmetics.gr with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@malvacosmetics.gr with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
